Happy December! December is typically filled with at least a couple of movie nights of ELF at our house. I thought I'd make a little Christmas decor/ motivational poster for my desk! 

So we have made a little free download for you too!

My desk is also never this clean so I felt like this moment should be documented as well. It is usually covered with papers and samples and, frequently, like a million cheerios!
